A PROVEN MODEL

LLH enriches the lives of seniors to be healthier and more independent by providing social opportunities, volunteer opportunities and coordinated access to services and community resources.  It is part of a national movement of people who are taking charge of their futures as they age.  The concept is to create both a virtual and an in-person retirement neighborhood of older adults who want to support one another as they age at home.
