In this session, Mary Ann Erickson will guide you in three basic mindfulness practices:  the body scan, mindfulness of the breath, and cultivating compassion.  This is a great opportunity to try meditation if you are new to it, as well as a nice opportunity for experienced meditators to practice with others.
